fees are based on an hourly rate.
The total cost of the mediation will depend on the number
of sessions necessary for the parties to reach agreement and the
number of hours necessary for the mediator to review or draft any
documents.
There
may be a minimum charge for the first session.
Parties should come prepared to pay fees at each session.
If there are questions as to how much may be required at a
session a party should contact the mediator for an approximation
prior to the session.
Mediators
may charge cancellation fees for sessions scheduled and
subsequently cancelled.
